Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
  • Make outbound calls to customers when required
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Document customer interactions in the system
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information
  • Follow company procedures and communication guidelines
  • Maintain performance targets such as call handling time and customer satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Previous call center or customer service experience (MUST)
