Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
- Make outbound calls to customers when required
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Document customer interactions in the system
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
- Follow company procedures and communication guidelines
- Maintain performance targets such as call handling time and customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Previous call center or customer service experience (MUST)
