Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Answer patient questions and provide information regarding office hours, procedures, and directions.
  • Schedule appointments and conduct follow-up calls.

Requirements

  • Strong commitment to providing excellent patient care and support.
  • Ability to manage multiple calls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with call center software, EHR (Athena preferred), and basic computer skills.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a customer service role preferred.
