Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls while providing outstanding customer service.
- Answer patient questions and provide information regarding office hours, procedures, and directions.
- Schedule appointments and conduct follow-up calls.
Requirements
- Strong commitment to providing excellent patient care and support.
- Ability to manage multiple calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with call center software, EHR (Athena preferred), and basic computer skills.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a customer service role preferred.
