About the role
The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in Fiscal Intermediary Processing & Support Services, acting as the primary point of contact for consumers. They are responsible for providing program-related resource information and serving as liaisons to other departments within the company.
Responsibilities
- Answer consumer inquiries using multiple modules and programs to achieve first call resolution
- Learns, retains, and applies information from training materials supporting program-related topics
- Acts as a liaison to other departments within the company
- Speaks on the phone while reading notes
- Utilizes appropriate modules for research purposes
- Engages the caller during the call
- Notates information during the call
- Works efficiently as a team player
- Works independently to solve problems
- Is punctual and dependable
Requirements
- Call center and phone customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and another language preferred
- Stoughton office location required for 3 months of in-person training, followed by a hybrid schedule
- Full-time position, 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
