About the role

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in Fiscal Intermediary Processing & Support Services, acting as the primary point of contact for consumers. They are responsible for providing program-related resource information and serving as liaisons to other departments within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Answer consumer inquiries using multiple modules and programs to achieve first call resolution
  • Learns, retains, and applies information from training materials supporting program-related topics
  • Acts as a liaison to other departments within the company
  • Speaks on the phone while reading notes
  • Utilizes appropriate modules for research purposes
  • Engages the caller during the call
  • Notates information during the call
  • Works efficiently as a team player
  • Works independently to solve problems
  • Is punctual and dependable

Requirements

  • Call center and phone customer service experience preferred
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and another language preferred
  • Stoughton office location required for 3 months of in-person training, followed by a hybrid schedule
  • Full-time position, 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
