Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls and efficiently managing a high volume of inbound calls

Requirements

• Previous office experience preferred
• Experience in customer service highly valued
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel
