Job Description
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the voice of Malibu Events, providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients and guests.Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, ticket purchases, reservations, and event information.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding event details, pricing, and availability.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively, escalating as needed.
- Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and update records.
- Promote upcoming events and special offers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance targets.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or hospitality role is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
