Job Description

As a Call Center Representative, you will be the voice of Malibu Events, providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients and guests.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, ticket purchases, reservations, and event information.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding event details, pricing, and availability.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively, escalating as needed.
  • Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and update records.
  • Promote upcoming events and special offers to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance targets.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or hospitality role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
