About the role
The Customer Care Expert is passionate about interacting with customers and addressing their needs promptly. They are self-starters who are willing to learn new skills and collaborate with colleagues to prioritize customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Log into the telephony system and handle up to 50+ calls daily
- Respond to SMS, emails, and voicemails from customers
- Assist customers with scheduling standard maintenance
- Resolve customer service complaints and concerns
- Communicate company initiatives to customers (marketing, sales, etc.)
- Direct customers to appropriate departments (where applicable)
- Participate in cross-training within other departments to enhance skill set
- Avoid non-recurring tasks as needed
- Perform customer data entry
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service procedures and make recommendations
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
Self-motivated, quick learner, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
