Roles And Responsibilities

  • Counsels and educates patients about their healthcare plans.
  • Schedules annual exams or re-engages patients as needed.
  • Communicates and sells the value of Monogram Health.
  • Protects patient health care privacy by adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Enters data into Salesforce as required.
  • Fields calls with a positive attitude and builds rapport with patients.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Essential Job Functions

  • Reads scripts, company literature, electronic files, and patient demographics.
  • Hears and responds to phone calls, converses with patients, colleagues, and others.
  • Keeps hands and fingers on keyboards for data entry and patient call documentation.
  • Sits for long periods and stands occasionally.
  • Works on-site and may work weekends and holidays.

Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Proven ability to learn and retain information in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Innate ability to overcome objections.
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Can thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Demonstrated verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
  • Experience in sales, telemarketing, and health care industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Previous home health and care management experience preferred.
