About the role
We are seeking an entry-level Call Center Representative to join our Technical Resource Center (Call Center Operations) on a 3-month temporary assignment. The candidate will provide non-technical support to fleet drivers and administrators, including issuing purchase order authorizations and creating internal work orders. Additional responsibilities include assisting with on- and off-phone follow-ups.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- 30-minute lunch break
- 40 hours per week
