Responsibilities
- Deliver scripted pitches to homeowners
- Adjust scripts to meet the needs of individual customers
- Handle homeowner questions and overcome objections
- Collect and verify homeowner information (name, address, phone number, etc.)
- Schedule appointments over the phone
- Input appointment details into the system accurately
- Record important details from conversations
- Confirm appointments set by canvassers or sales representatives
- Schedule appointments for in-home consultations
- Conduct quality control calls
- Answer inbound calls from homeowners responding to ads
- Follow up with homeowners after initial contact
- Maintain and update lead information and reports
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles is a plus
- Experience in telemarketing, call center, sales, or promotions preferred
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Product knowledge will be provided through training
