Job Summary
Bacon Home Remodeling is hiring a Call Center Representative / Appointment Setter to join our growing team in Buffalo, NY.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from homeowners responding to advertisements
- Contact homeowners who have requested information
- Schedule qualified appointments for in-home consultations
- Follow a provided call script and process
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone
- Gather and update customer information accurately
- Confirm scheduled appointments
- Enter customer details into the computer system
- Follow up with homeowners when needed
- Maintain accurate lead information and reports
Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Good communication skills
- Professional and friendly attitude
- Basic computer skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to follow a process and stay on task
- Call center, appointment setting, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Training is provided.
