Job Summary

Luxury Bath / Mobility Remodelers is hiring a high-energy Call Center Representative to join our Port Huron team. In this role, you will connect with homeowners, generate leads, and schedule free in-home consultations.

What You’ll Do

• Makes outbound calls to homeowners to set appointments
• Delivers and adapts scripted sales pitches
• Handles objections and answers customer questions
• Confirms, reschedules, and follows up on appointments
• Enters lead and customer information into company systems
• Answers inbound calls from advertising campaigns
• Maintains accurate records and daily reports
• Supports the sales team by scheduling qualified appointments

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in call center, telemarketing, or sales preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
• Basic computer/data entry skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
