About the role
Customer Care Representatives handle all aspects of account management using our customer management software. Duties include scheduling appointments, inputting payment information, and ensuring technicians' routes are full, efficient, and manageable. They also handle customer concerns by providing appropriate solutions and anticipating potential obstacles.
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and input payment information
- Ensure technicians' routes are full, efficient, and manageable
- Handle customer concerns by providing solutions and anticipating obstacles
- Communicate effectively with customers while maintaining a positive attitude
- Use management software to handle and record services and customer correspondence
- Be dependable and adaptable, able to multitask and manage time effectively
- Experience in a customer service call center is required
- Ability to sit for the duration of a shift, typically 8 hours
Requirements
- Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm with occasional Saturdays
- In-office position
- Strong communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Dependability and adaptability
- Experience in a customer service call center

- Minimum of a high school degree
- Spanish speaking is encouraged
