Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls to assist customers with starting, stopping, or transferring service
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Make occasional outbound calls for verification purposes
• Accurately document customer interactions through efficient data entry
• Research and resolve customer questions using internal systems and online tools
• Navigate multiple applications, databases, and computer systems simultaneously
• Assist with payment arrangements, budget billing, and payment processing
• Support customers with setting up and accessing online accounts
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with regulations
