Compensation
AM Shift (6:30 am – 2:00 pm): Starting at $19.00/hr + Uncapped Bonus!
Role
Place outbound calls to homeowners (no cold calling – all leads are provided).
Engage with homeowners to understand their needs and answer basic questions.
Clearly explain the benefits of a free in-home inspection.
Schedule inspection appointments at times convenient for the homeowner.
Document all interactions and update scheduling systems accurately.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.

Physical Requirements
