About Job
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Call Center Representative to assist customers, answer inquiries, schedule services, and support daily operations. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can provide outstanding customer service while handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding moving and relocation services.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on quotes, appointments, and customer requests.
- Provide accurate information about company services, pricing, scheduling, and policies.
- Schedule moving appointments and coordinate service requests.
- Document customer interactions and update records in company systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Previous call center, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
- Able to multitask and manage a high volume of calls.
- Basic computer, typing, and data entry skills.
