Main Resposibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and addressing guests’ queries
  • Managing reservations
  • Providing accurate wait times and monitoring waiting lists
  • Engaging with guests to ensure they are happy with service
  • Liaising with internal and external teams
  • Tend to special guest needs and requests

Requirements

  • Level of Experience: Experience working as a call center representative, Host/Hostess or Receptionist
  • Education: High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus

Skills & Knowledge

  • Fluent in Greek and English is a must
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Good understanding of Computers and relevant software (Reservation system, Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Able to adapt with the reservation system (Previous experience would be consider as an advantage)
  • Exceptional customer service, communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work in shifts, as needed
  • Personality characteristics: Warm, engaging and professional, Confident and well presented, Work under pressure and able to multitask, Attention to detail
