Main Resposibilities
- Answering incoming calls and addressing guests’ queries
- Managing reservations
- Providing accurate wait times and monitoring waiting lists
- Engaging with guests to ensure they are happy with service
- Liaising with internal and external teams
- Tend to special guest needs and requests

Requirements
- Level of Experience: Experience working as a call center representative, Host/Hostess or Receptionist
- Education: High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus
Skills & Knowledge
- Fluent in Greek and English is a must
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Good understanding of Computers and relevant software (Reservation system, Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Able to adapt with the reservation system (Previous experience would be consider as an advantage)
- Exceptional customer service, communication and organizational skills
- Able to work in shifts, as needed
- Personality characteristics: Warm, engaging and professional, Confident and well presented, Work under pressure and able to multitask, Attention to detail
