About the role
We handle inbound calls for clients across various industries and are seeking individuals who enjoy assisting callers. The ideal candidate should be calm under pressure, adept at multitasking, and committed to delivering exceptional experiences.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls professionally and promptly
- Follow client-specific scripts and procedures
- Gather and document caller information accurately
- Schedule appointments and relay messages correctly
- Provide callers with product and service information
- Process online reservations accurately
- Maintain quality assurance standards
- Stay updated on all CCS client programs and accounts
Requirements
- GED or higher education
- One year of call center or customer service experience
- Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and general systems
- Able to handle confidential information responsibly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of customer service principles and quality standards
Qualifications
- Available 20–40 hours per week, including Saturdays and Sundays
- Available shift options: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- Equipment requirements: Windows 11 OS, Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 3 CPU, 8 GB RAM, two monitors, webcam, wired USB headset, keyboard with F1-F12 and Page Up/Down keys, wired Ethernet connection
