Call Center Representative
Customer Service$18–$20/hrFull-time
About the role
This isn't your typical call center job. We provide hands-on training, one-on-one coaching, and a supportive team environment where you can develop valuable skills and build a long-term career.
Responsibilities
- Connect with customers through inbound and outbound calls
- Schedule appointments and provide excellent customer service
- Build rapport and create positive customer experiences
- Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system
- Meet daily activity goals (150+ calls per day)
- Work closely with leadership to improve performance and grow professionally
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management abilities
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- High School Diploma or GED required
- CRM experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule
- Tuesday – Thursday: 9AM-6 PM
- Friday & Saturday: 8 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday & Monday: OFF
