Call Center Representative

Responsibilities

  • Data entry
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Answering inbound calls & making outbound calls
  • Cooking and completing administrative tasks
  • Ordering of materials
  • Aid in client interaction: answering phones & emails, showroom visits, product knowledge & integration
  • Schedule leads, service calls, installations, and client appointments
  • Monitor and update lead and client information in the Company's CRM system
  • Support on-site management
  • Process and follow up phone calls for collecting balances upon project completion
  • Process payments and finance applications
  • Occasionally participate in local shows and events

  • Experience with bookkeeping preferred
