Responsibilities
- Address customer questions and resolve complaints in a professional, courteous manner
- Investigate customer concerns and provide solutions, escalating more complex issues when needed
- Process customer orders and payments accurately and ensure timely completion
- Maintain accuracy and up-to-date customer records
- Conduct follow-up calls to confirm satisfaction and flag recurring issues for leadership
Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center setting required
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, ticketing/phone systems, and CRM platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Customer-focused, collaborative, and able to stay on task in a fast-paced setting
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in place of a degree
Benefits

Pay & Schedule
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, full-time, standard business hours
