Call Center Representative/Appointment Confirmer

About the role

We are a multi million dollar Home Improvement Company seeking a Call Center Representative/Appointment Confirmer to work our warm customer base. The ideal candidate will set free no obligation estimates for our sales staff and participate in events generating follow-up warm calling material. We handle 10s of thousands of internet inquiries that require follow-up without selling or cold calling—just appointment setting.

Responsibilities

• Set free no obligation estimates for our sales staff
• Participate in events generating follow-up warm calling material
• Follow up on 10s of thousands of internet inquiries without selling or cold calling
• Work with our sales team to confirm appointments
• Communicate with customers via phone to schedule appointments
• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Ensure all calls are professional and courteous
• Manage a high volume of calls efficiently
• Build relationships with customers to increase future business opportunities

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in appointment setting or phone work for collections, timeshares, Home Improvement, or similar industries
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
• Proficient in using call center software

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
