About the Role
IES Residential is currently seeking an individual to join our Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning team.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of at least ten people in a high-volume Call Center and/or Dispatch environment
- Train others effectively
- Prioritize and re-prioritize often in a fast-paced setting
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
- Experience working within a high-volume Call Center and/or Dispatch environment
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
- Computer and technology literate
- Highly attentive; does not overlook the details
- Demonstrated ability to train others
- Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize often
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Qualifications
- Experience with Service Titan preferred
