Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls courteously and promptly, confirming customers' language preferences as you assist them.
- Record information accurately into ECW.
- Provide assistance and information to enhance patient experience.
- Serve as a liaison between patients and the health Center, directing calls to appropriate departments as needed.
- Aid with additional tasks and projects as directed by supervisor.
Qualifications
- Verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Active listening skills
- Computer literate
- Bilingual in Creole or Spanish preferred
