Call Center Customer Service Representative
About the role
MCI is a fast-growing tech-enabled business services company delivering CX, BPO, and XaaS solutions across various industries. We seek Customer Service Representatives who can provide exceptional support and drive customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
