Responsibilities
- Supervise call center personnel and develop a stable and effective call center staff
- Analyze call center results to determine performance and efficiency of call center staff
- Outbound calling to schedule appointments for new and existing customers each day
- Connect to potential customers in a personable manner, and engage them to determine whether they fit our appointment qualifications
- Take incoming phone calls from potential customers requesting a free estimate
- Work daily with management to meet and exceed appointment goals
- Document all customer interaction in company CRM
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1+ years of call center experience
- High degree of professionalism
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Must have a positive, can-do attitude
- Must be forceful on the phone and able to handle rejection
- Must be a team player, willing to accept coaching and follow existing guidelines
- Very proficient with technology
- Experience in telemarketing or sales a plus but not a requirement
