Call Center Agent

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and sales-focused Call Center Agent to connect with prospective and existing customers, identify their needs, and promote relevant products and services. Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing customers by phone.
• Present and explain products and services clearly and professionally.
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities through customer conversations.
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers to support sales growth.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information.
• Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales opportunities.
• Work toward individual and team sales performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers by phone.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance.
• Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
• Previous experience in sales, call center, customer service, retail, or telemarketing is a plus but not required.

Pay

Competitive salary of $45,000 – $49,000 per year.
