About the role

We are a growing multi‑million dollar remodeling company serving Maryland, Northern Virginia and D.C., located in our Falls Church, VA office on the Metro Line. We are seeking outgoing, charismatic, competitive individuals who are money motivated and ready to build a rewarding career with upward mobility into management.

Responsibilities

• Set appointments and engage prospects
• Produce outstanding results with little or no supervision
• Work independently and unsupervised
• Remain calm, cool and collected in any scenario
• Follow training and apply learned skills

Qualifications

• Engaging, positive attitude with strong work ethic and desire to succeed
• Responsible, reliable, and dependable
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience in events, home improvement, sales, customer service, or ride‑share/delivery service is a plus
• Warm, friendly, outgoing personality; enjoys learning and networking

Schedule

• Training class held Monday‑Friday
• After training, new hires move to a regular shift that may include weekends
• Rotating schedules are offered

Pay
