About the Role
Fisher Phillips seeks an associate with at least two years of employment litigation or OSHA experience who is interested in dedicating at least 50% of their time to supporting the firm's Workplace Safety Practice Group.
Experience with workplace safety-related enforcement actions brought by Cal/OSHA, Federal OSHA, or other state OSHA plans is preferred, even if limited.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings
- Drafting and arguing motions and other briefs
- Taking and defending depositions
Requirements
- Admission to the California Bar
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills

Pay
The yearly salary range for this position is $170,000 – $270,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, office location, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
