Calibration Technician - Lab

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Complete accurate and timely calibrations in our shop
• Perform all duties in accordance with ISO 17025
• Perform routine and complex calibration on a wide variety of equipment per company processes and instruction documentation
• Calibrate a variety of devices and instruments in accordance with established procedures and standards
• Work directly with clients throughout the calibration process from the first onsite touch point to the completion of the project, including good communication to provide client updates on services needed
• Avoid non-compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
• Maintain calibration records and documentation, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
• Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service and support

Basic Qualifications

• Able to lift 50lbs, climb, kneel, drive and stand for long periods of time
• Demonstrated ability to learn mechanical and technical skills quickly
• Adapt to working with different equipment
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Punctual, respectful, and honest with a positive attitude
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong work ethic
