About the role
Deceuninck North America is a fully integrated design, compounding, tooling, and PVC extrusion company that produces energy-efficient vinyl window and door systems for the building, remodeling and construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing, construction, or related industries.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
