About the role

Deceuninck North America is a fully integrated design, compounding, tooling, and PVC extrusion company that produces energy-efficient vinyl window and door systems for the building, remodeling and construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing, construction, or related industries.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
