Cake Decorator/ Baker
About the role
Bake a variety of cakes, cupcakes, cookies, muffins, breads, and pastries.
Decorate cakes and specialty desserts according to customer orders and bakery standards.
Create custom designs using buttercream, fondant, piping, and other decorating techniques.
Prepare fillings, frostings, glazes, and toppings.
Maintain product quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
Follow recipes and production schedules.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations.
Aid in inventory management and ingredient preparation.
Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily production goals.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Previous baking and cake decorating experience preferred.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and decorating methods.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with strong artistic skills.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Dependable, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Food Handler's Permit preferred (or ability to obtain one).
