Pay
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances and may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Qualifications
Deli / Bakery associates are responsible for preparing quality products for customers, engaging with customers at the service counter, moving incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor, and ensuring proper food safety standards are maintained.
