Pay
Hourly wage: $17–$30 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location). Additional compensation includes:
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)

About the role
The main priority of Deli/Bakery associates is to prepare quality products for customers. Associates engage with customers at the service counter, move incoming merchandise to the sales floor, and ensure cleaning and food safety standards are maintained.
