Responsibilities

• Bake a wide variety of breads, pastries, pies, and more.
• Decorate cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and other items to customer specifications.
• Interact with customers and serve them with a friendly smile as the face of the bakery department.
• Carefully package baked goods to ensure appealing presentation.
• Keep the bakery department fully stocked so customers can always find their favorite treats.
• Manage ingredient inventory to prevent shortages.
• Maintain a clean and safe bakery environment.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Complete a pre‑employment background check.
• Ability to work early morning shifts.
• Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to obtain a valid food worker card.
• Prior bakery experience is preferred.
• Passion for food and baked goods.
• Creativity and willingness to experiment with new recipes.
• Strong customer service skills.
