Cajero - Part time/Seasonal

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily process of sales
• Balance currency, coin, and checks in cash drawers at end of shifts, and calculate daily transactions using the POS system or calculators
• In charge of preparing and sending daily reports to Store Operations
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workstation
• Have knowledge of all the other services available at the Branch
• Ensures that customers are aware of all the marketing promotions available
• Makes concentrated effort to solve customer problems
• Promote and maintain positive relations with all contacts, customers and potential customers
• Perform sorting, counting and wrapping currencies and coins and check accuracy of deposit slips
• Count, verify, and post armored car deposits into the POS System
• Make cold calls to customers in order to inform them of current promotions
• Comply with all department and company policies and procedures
• Explain and promote the sales of products or services such as wires, top ups, bill payments
• Order Store supplies on a monthly basis
• Obtain and process information required for the provision of new services
• Contribute to the fulfillment of the department and company objectives as well as goals

Qualifications

• Must have great follow-through skills, and an aggressive mentality
• Excellent customer service skills and experience required
• Ambitious, Energetic, Confident, with a Strong Work Ethic
• Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
• Solid problem solving and consultative skills required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment
• Multicultural Experience is preferred, specifically in Mexico, and Guatemala
• Bilingual Skills required English and Spanish with good written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• High School Diploma, or equivalent work experience is required
• Some experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and relevant computer applications
• Management Experience 3+ years
• Cash Handling experience 3+ years
• Leadership Skills 3+ years
• Knowledge on how to use office equipment
• Ability to work as a team
• Flexibility in work schedule (Morning, nights, weekends, some Holidays)
