About the role

Plans and implements the medication management and coordinates nursing care of residents within the assisted living setting with the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsible for ensuring continuity of care of the residents between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by PCA/HHAs and supportive staff members. Participates in resident and family teaching. Maintains role as resident advocate with a focus on the facility’s mission.

Requirements

• Ability to work weekends and holidays (rotating)
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts

Qualifications

• Current New York State Licensed Professional Nurse (LPN)
• Current BCLS certification

Pay

Base pay range: $26.48 – $31.83 per hour (night shift differential of $6 per hour not included in this range).

Schedule

Part‑time, night shift: 6:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m., rotating weekends and holidays, 12‑hour shifts.
