Cage Cashier (Teller) - Swing and Graves Full Time

About the role

Grand Falls Casino and Golf Resort is seeking a Cage Cashier (Teller) to join their team. This position offers full and part-time opportunities, ideal for high school or college students aged 18 and above.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a main point of contact for guests
• Maintain Elite Casino Resort guest service standards
• Process check cashing, cash advances, slot machine vouchers, and table chip redemptions
• Balance assigned bank at the end of each shift
• Focus on tasks without being easily distracted
• Maintain a high level of professional appearance and demeanor
• Cash handling background is helpful but not required

Requirements

• Adhere to all Cage policies and procedures
• Comply with Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Rules and Regulations, as well as any local, state, or federal guidelines
• Able to obtain an IRGC license and pass a pre-employment drug screening

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
