Responsibilities
- Process guest transactions, accurately manage financial transactions including handling cash.
- Answer guests' questions in a courteous and professional manner.
- Accurately count and record assigned funds and make exchanges of funds throughout the shift.
- Ensure guests receive an extraordinary experience.
- Keep cash drawer balanced and impress guests.
- Verify and document personal identification information for check and cash advance transactions.
- Complete CTRs, W2Gs, and MTLs.
- Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 19 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proficient in English verbal and written.
- Proficient with iOS devices.
- Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Read, write, and understand complex instructions and appropriately complete all necessary documentation.
- Communicate appropriately with all casino customers, casino departments, and fellow team members.
- Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, demanding environment under frequent time pressures.
