About the role

The Cage Cashier/Player Services Rep is responsible for the redemption of tickets/vouchers, performing Check Cashing/Cash Advance transactions for guests and assuring that guests have a favorable gaming experience.

Responsibilities

• Cash customers out, give correct change, and answer customer questions courteously and professionally.
• Accurately count and record assigned funds and make exchanges of funds throughout the shift.
• Keep cash drawer balanced and impressed.
• Make exchanges with vault.
• Verify and document personal identification information for check and cash advance transactions.
• Complete CTRs, W2Gs, and MTLs.
• Handle customer relations.
• Ensure safety and security of employees and customers.
• Fill-in as a Main Banker when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months cashiering or banking experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain license to work at facility from regulatory body.
• Physical demands: frequently required to sit or stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
• Noise level in work environment is usually moderate to loud.
• Employee must circulate throughout assigned areas, including the smoking area, actively observing players and functioning of machines.

Pay

$15.00 per hour
