Cafeteria Support

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and serve food and beverages according to recipes.
• Maintain proper portion control, food temperatures, and quality presentation standards.
• Provide courteous, professional, and efficient customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Operate cash register, process transactions, and handle cash accordingly.
• Assist with meal service, including setting up serving areas, delivering food, and replenishing food and supplies as needed.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment while maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining, storage, and work areas, including bussing tables and removing trash.
• Receive, stock, rotate, and organize food, supplies, and inventory according to departmental procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support the efficient daily operation of the hospital cafeteria.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay

$12–$14 per hour

Located in Poplarville, MS.
