Cafeteria Assistant | ROSEVILLE CAMPUS

Job Summary

This position supports the efficient and effective operation of the campus cafeteria to ensure the delivery of nutritious, high-quality meals in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, mandates, and health requirements.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Supports daily cafeteria operations, including food preparation in accordance with established meal pattern requirements, standardized recipes, portion control guidelines, and food safety protocols.
• Maintains kitchen facilities and equipment in a clean, sanitary, and organized condition.
• Operates high-volume food production equipment as required.
• Performs related duties necessary to support overall cafeteria operations.
