Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a culture of regularly engaging with all guests.
- Help establish and maintain and train all service standards and systems.
- Affirm that all service staff adheres to the same engagement expectations as defined above.
- Understand and follow through with excellent service recovery practices.
- Accurately operate the cash register.
- Receive and direct telephone calls including accurate message taking.
- Prepare and create smoothie and espresso beverages.
- Prepare foods offered in the Cafe.
- Stock supplies, products, and utensils throughout the Cafe.
- Ensure daily tasks are completed by each cast associates, including but not limited to: cleaning tasks, warm-ups & special projects.
- Bus tables and maintain the cleanliness of the eating areas.
- Serve in the lead capacity when other Food & Beverage management is not present.
- Assist in the training of other Associates.
- Affirm that all service standards and operating procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Affirm that all product quality control standards are adhered to at all times.
- Affirm that all food and beverages delivered to guests are of the highest quality standards.
- Follow up and report on any observed negative quality issues.
- Assist in various administrative duties as assigned by the Chef/Manager.
- Affirm that all Serve Safe practices are followed.
- Affirm that all equipment is in proper working order.
- Monitor and assure that all Food Worker’s Permits are current for all Café associates.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years Supervisor experience.
