Cafe Store Lead

About the role

The Store Lead supports both front- and back-of-house operations, helping the team and daily shifts run smoothly. They assist store management with daily operations, team communication, training, and administrative tasks while helping create a positive team and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate business needs
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and prepared store
• Support labor allocation and employee breaks
• Aid in training new hires
• Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and efficiently
• Address guest concerns appropriately
• Follow food safety standards
• Complete required cleaning tasks
• Document daily recaps
• Communicate team or operational concerns to management

Requirements

• Operations management experience in the food service and/or hospitality industry preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Meet all customer service expectations and standards in interactions with customers, vendors, and fellow team members
