CAFE STOCKER (FULL TIME)

About the role

Flik Hospitality Group is seeking immediate employment for full-time CAFE STOCKER positions. Positions are located in Kirkland and Chicago, with the Chicago location at 333 Wolf Point, Chicago, IL 60654. Online applications are accepted only. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. A referral bonus is available for internal employees.

Responsibilities

• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stoves, and refrigerators in accordance with safety standards.
• Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
• Utilizes approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Solves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisors.
• Affirms compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
• Affirms compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous 1 year of food service experience is preferred.

$20.00 per hour.
