About the role

Hantz Café is seeking a part-time Café Associate to become an integral part of their team. The café provides food service options to Hantz Group employees, clients, and the surrounding community.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and maintain a cheerful and professional environment
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain them accurately to customers
• Prepare food items according to customer specifications, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely service
• Adhere to proper food handling, safety, and sanitization standards while preparing, serving, and cleaning
• Restock items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift
• Understand and adhere to all quality standards and procedures
• Perform daily cleaning
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Part-time position available
• High school student status
• Dependable and motivated individual
• Ability to work flexible hours (7:30 AM - 3:30 PM)

Benefits

• Starting compensation of $14-15 per hour
