Requirements Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Take orders using current POS, includes cash handling and giving correct changeAcquire menu knowledge of current menu to help assist guests and navigate food allergies when neededPossess strong customer service skillsDeliver food to customers in a timely mannerUphold sanitation and food safety principlesBus tables removing dishes and trashCheck in with guests to ensure they have all appropriate tablewareHandle various impromptu requests from guestsAble to work well with others as part of a teamMust be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and be able to lift and carry 35 lbs. easilyAble to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping a positive attitudePossess excellent communication skills to relay guest feedback to management and ensure guest satisfactionRoll silverware and fill beverage station as neededAble to perform various cleaning/sanitation duties including sanitizing chairs and tables, countertops, and moppingA pre-employment background check required Naples Botanical Garden is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
