Café Food Service Associate

Café Assistant to support a welcoming, resident-first dining experience for older adults. You will greet residents and guests, take and serve orders, and prepare light foods and beverages in line with food safety and sanitation standards. Key Duties Include Provide friendly customer service and maintain a warm café atmosphere.Operate the POS system and process basic cash transactions accurately.Set up, restock, and clean café and dish areas.Prepare and serve menu items while following hygiene and safety procedures.Collaborate with culinary and care staff to accommodate special dietary needs.Assist with café support for resident dining needs and special events. Qualifications/skills: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to cleanliness and food safety practices, comfort handling POS and cash transactions, reliability, and the ability to work compassionately in a team serving older adults.
