Position Summary

Our café team is the heart of Colectivo Coffee. As a Café Co-Worker, you’ll create welcoming moments, provide exceptional service, and maintain a café environment people love returning to.

What You’ll Do

- Create a warm, memorable café experience for every guest - Prepare coffee and specialty beverages to the highest company standards - Provide friendly, efficient service to our customers - Maintain a clean, organized café and properly care for equipment - Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines - Grow your knowledge of coffee, tea, and espresso products through hands-on training

What We’re Looking For

- 6–12 months espresso preparation experience preferred - Customer service experience in a restaurant or retail setting - A love for hospitality rooted in human connection
