How You’ll Shine

• Provide excellent guest service as it pertains to the food and beverage outlets of resort.
• Promptly address guest service needs, complete food orders and requests.
• Clean and stock all areas based on inventory control.
• Ensure orders are taken accurately and completely.
• Offer ideas and suggestions to guests when ordering.
• Maintain cleanliness of all food and beverage areas.
• Aid in the preparation of food orders.
• Maintain the company’s expected high quality standards.
• Follow all safety protocols as dictated by company policy and maintain OSHA standards at all times.
