About the role
The Napa Valley Unified School District seeks a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Cafe Associate III. This position is part-time, working 5 hours per day, 194 days per year.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve meals to students and staff in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in food service or related field preferred.
- Valid California Food Handlers Card.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and customer service orientation.
Skills
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of food preparation and service standards.
